What this service is

Keysvo is software and we are the vendor: Ellul Solutions Ltd is the company you buy it from, and nobody stands between us and you. We recommend no lender, broker or seller, we take no commission from anyone, and we send your details nowhere. The free sheets compute from what you enter; the paid plan stores your targets, offers, diligence items and dates and returns them on demand. We work to keep the service up and your register recoverable, without promising uninterrupted access.

How we are paid

You pay us, and that is the only way this business is paid: a subscription to Keysvo Pro at $14 a month for you and the people working the purchase with you, sold to buyers of businesses. No page here is paid advertising and no figure is shaped by a commission, because there are none. The price, the renewal date and how to cancel are shown before you pay and again in your account. Ellul Solutions Ltd is the company you contract with and the name on your card statement and invoice.

The tool index lists each free sheet on this site with its worked example, so you can see what it asks for and what it returns before you open it.

No warranty

The sheets perform the arithmetic printed on each page and nothing else. They are not a valuation, not legal, tax or lending advice and not an offer of credit; whether a lender will lend, what a business is worth and what a contract binds you to are questions for your lender, your accountant and your attorney. The payment tables assume level monthly amortisation; your note's own schedule governs.
