The price
An asking price is not what a purchase costs. The bank's share, the seller's note, working capital and closing costs decide the cash you bring, and the two notes decide what the business has to earn every month. Keysvo works both from your own figures and keeps each version you tried.
The paper
Due diligence fails by drift: the seller sends fifteen of twenty-four documents and the rest slip until the week before closing. The register lists each item, the date it was asked for and the date it arrived, and counts the days left so the chase happens in week two rather than week eight.

Broker and advisor fees are quoted per engagement and are not repeated here. The only external figures on this site are SBA 7(a) program terms read on 2026-09-05 from the U.S. Small Business Administration (sba.gov): a maximum loan of $5 million and a maximum maturity of ten years for a purchase without real estate, or 25 years where real property is acquired, each recorded in research/data/claims.tsv with its retrieval date.
